I know your time is valuable, and I do not want to bore you with a traditional CEO biography filled with titles, dates, and accomplishments. Instead, I would like to share a piece of advice that changed the course of my career. On the very first day of my Accounting Theory I class at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), my accounting professor, Dr. Taylor, said something that has stayed with me throughout my professional life.

He told our class:

"Accounting is becoming so easy with technological advancements and sophisticated ERP systems that we can program robots to do routine accounting work. But professional accountants with exceptional problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills will always be in high demand."

More than three decades later, those words have proven remarkably accurate. Today, we live in the age of Artificial Intelligence, where many routine accounting tasks are being automated faster than ever before. Yet the demand for professionals who can analyze complex business challenges, improve processes, exercise sound judgment, and create strategic solutions has never been greater.

My goal is to help aspiring accountants develop not only strong technical expertise but also the analytical mindset, business judgment, and leadership skills that will enable them to thrive in an increasingly technology driven profession.
